New Delhi, Aug 14 (IANS) Air India’s Airbus A320neo operating a Phuket-New Delhi flight temporarily lost control of major flight surfaces for about four seconds after failures involving all three hydraulic systems, according to a report. According to analysis by Airbus of the aircraft’s flight data recorder, accessed by NDTV Profit, the incident involving flight AI2379 occurred on August 4 and caused the aircraft to lose about 300 feet of altitude, injuring at least 24 passengers and crew members. Air India Delhi-London flight returns mid-air after technical snag

New Delhi, March 26 (IANS) An Air India flight from Delhi to London Heathrow had to return to the national capital on Thursday afternoon after a suspected technical issue was detected mid-air. The flight, AI111, had taken off from Delhi at around 6 am and remained in the air for nearly seven hours before returning. It safely landed back in Delhi at approximately 12:30 pm. Air India to operate Vistara planes as FDI nod for merger comes through

Mumbai, Aug 30 (IANS) Full-service airline Vistara announced on Friday that its aircraft would be operated by Air India from November as the government's FDI approval for the merger between the two airlines has come through. From September 3, it will not be possible to book with Vistara for travel on or after November 12, according to a statement issued by Vistara. Air India suspends flights to Tel Aviv till April 30 over Iran-Israel conflict
