Boeing postpones 1st Starliner astronaut launch for NASA to 2024

Washington, Aug 8, Boeing said that it has again stalled the first crewed flight of its Starliner capsule and it now plans to take off next year. Starliner's astronaut launch, which is already running years behind schedule, was scheduled to lift off to the International Space Station (ISS) on July 21 with NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams. Boeing 1st Starliner astronaut mission postponed to July: NASA

Washington, March 30 (IANS) The first crewed flight of Boeing's CST-100 Starliner has been again pushed till July, NASA has announced. This comes after Boeing and NASA, last month, said Starliner's astronaut debut, a mission to the International Space Station (ISS) called Crew Flight Test (CFT), was on track to launch in April. Kathy Lueders, NASA Associate Administrator of Space Operations, last week announced on Twitter that the date has again been pushed to May.
