Over 20,000 Ukrainian troops get training in UK

Kiev, Aug 31, More than 20,000 Ukrainian military personnel have already received training in the UK, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has said in a statement. Apart from training, the UK provided the Ukrainian soldiers with military items as part of the international training Operation Interflex, Xinhua news agency reported, citing the statement posted on Facebook on Wednesday. Washington, Aug 30, The US has announced an additional package of military assistance to Ukraine worth $250 million.
