Doha, Nov 22, Qatar, which helped broker an agreement between Israel and Hamas for a four-day humanitarian pause in their ongoing war in Gaza, announced on Wednesday that the effective date of the ceasefire will be announced within 24 hours. The "starting time of the pause will be announced within the next 24 hours", the BBC quoted the Qatar government as saying in a statement.
