Mazagon: The flagging off of the First Block of Project 17A by Commodore Rakesh Anand, IN(Retd), Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited, from the Nhava Yard marked a new beginning of shipbuilding of shipbuilding activities at the yard.
