BEL registers 23% growth in turnover during Q1 2018-19

Bangalore: Navratna Defence PSU Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has achieved a Net Turnover of Rs.2077.84 Cr, during the 1st quarter of FY 2018-19, registering a growth of about 23%, over the Net Turnover of Rs. 1694.55 Cr recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year. SpaceX Dragon to deliver crew supplies, research to ISS

Washington: SpaceX will launch its Dragon spacecraft for its 11th commercial resupply mission to the International Space Station (ISS) from NASA's Kennedy Space Centre on June 1. Dragon will lift into orbit atop the Falcon 9 rocket carrying crew supplies, equipment and scientific research to crewmembers living aboard the station, NASA said in a statement on Saturday. Heritage Aviation adds with two H130 choppers in its fleet

New Delhi: Heritage Aviation today announced the addition of two new state-of-the-art Airbus Helicopters’ H130 aircraft in its fleet. These helicopters will strengthen the company’s position as a leader in passenger transportation missions including heli-pilgrimage, aerial work and VIP transportation missions in India. The two H130s will complement Heritage Aviation’s existing fleet of two H125 helicopters which were inducted in 2015 from Airbus Helicopters. ‘ONGC doubles gas production in Tripura in 5 years’

Agartala: State-owned ONGC has more than doubled its gas production in five years in Tripura brightening prospects of setting up of more gas based projects, officials said here on Wednesday. "ONGC has more than doubled its production from 6,450 lakh cubic metres of gas in 2012-13 to 13,820 lakh cubic metres in 2016-17," a spokesman of the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) said. SpaceX to fly 2 private tourists around moon in 2018

Washington: US aerospace major SpaceX has announced plans to fly two private citizens on a week-long trip around the moon next year. The two individuals approached SpaceX for the trip and they have "already paid a significant deposit" to do a moon mission, the company said in a statement on Monday. "Fly me to the moon ...
