BDL pays year’s final dividend to Centre

Hyderabad: Bharat Dynamics Ltd (BDL), a Hyderabad-based defence public sector undertaking, on Tuesday paid final dividend of Rs 35.018 crore for financial year 2019-20 to the Central government.Commodore Siddharth Mishra (Retd), Chairman and Managing Director, BDL presented the cheque towards the final dividend pertaining to government shareholding in BDL, to Defence Minister Rajnath Singh in New Delhi. BDL has declared final dividend of Rs 2.55 per share of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2019-2020. Thales, Bharat Dynamics sign MoU on STARStreak missiles

Bengaluru: European defence and technology major Thales and missile systems manufacturing public enterprise Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) on Tuesday signed an MoU to assess opportunity for transfer of technology of the STARStreak missiles, an official said. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in presence of the UK government representatives, which has extended its support to this venture, at the Aero India 2017 here.
